Q: When does the shop close? The store closes Sunday, October 4 at midnight ET. Miss the window? after that time, merch can be purchased at the festival!
Q: Why can’t I add two of the same thing to my cart? All items are limited to one per person during this shopping window.
Q: How do I pick up my merch? Merchandise will be picked up on site, with a dedicated VIP Merch concierge. VIP Merchandise can only be picked up on site in the VIP area, and must be picked up by the purchaser listed on your order confirmation. A VIP wristband is required.
Q: Can my friend pickup for me? No. You must have your order confirmation that matches your name. Have your ID ready!
Q: What is the exchange policy on site? A VIP merch concierge will be available on site to assist you. Please note, merch quantities are limited and exchanges can only be made as inventory allows.
